What is the difference between a raffle ticket and an admission ticket?
An admission ticket does not have a stub. The pricing for raffle tickets and admission tickets is the same. When you submit your order, be sure to check the box that says "tickets with no stub". Do raffle tickets come in different sizes and colors?
Our standard raffle ticket is printed in black ink on yellow 90 pound index card stock. Each ticket measures 2 1/8 inches by 5 1/2 inches total with the stub 1 1/2 inches from the left. Our raffle tickets are also available in other colors including: white, blue, and green. A different color is available to you at no additional charge. If you need a custom stock color or size, please contact us and we would be happy to help you with your order.
Will I be able to see a proof before my final order is placed?
Yes, we are happy to email a proof to you for approval before we print your tickets.
Can I add custom artwork or a logo?
Yes. We can customize any order. The fee to add custom artwork or a logo is only $10. The artwork or logo you submit must be at least 300 dpi. You will get to see how your image looks when you receive the proof.
Can I get a raffle ticket with printing on both sides?
Yes. The cost for this is $15 per 1000 raffle ticket. Just make sure to upload your artwork with your order and wait for your proof to arrive.
Can I get my raffle tickets bound together in groups?
Not a problem at all. For stapling in increments of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 the cost is $.06 per book. The charge for stapling of any other increments is $.09 per book. Your second option is to have them padded. When you get the raffle tickets padded, it makes it easy to divide off into small bundles of your choosing. Padding the tickets is much less expensive. Just select the padding option during the checkout process. If should should happen to have any questions please feel free to give us a call.
I need my raffle tickets in a hurry, can you get them to me quick?
What time of the day we receive your order determines if your raffle tickets are printed the same day or the following business day. Please feel free to call us with any questions regarding time lines. As soon as your tickets are printed we send them the same day or next business day if shipping offices have already closed.
Can I specify what numbers I want on my raffle tickets?
Unless you specify, your tickets will start at 001. If you wish the number to be different, just specify during checkout.
Can I fax or mail my order?
We don't get many requests for this, but if you need to order via this method, please give us a call at 513-733-3900 and we will be happy to provide you with the information we will need.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. However, if you request this during checkout we can send your raffle tickets via USPS. The charge for priority mail is $5.00 per 1000 raffle tickets.
Will you notify me when you order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information when your order is shipped.

Please note, orders requiring approval of proof or that require extra production time will delay the shipping of your raffle tickets by approximately one day. Business days are any normal UPS Ground shipping days. We are also not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
